FAQ

How do I contact College Rentals?  Email is our primary means of communication.  The office, located at Tags on Rt 4A outside the Village on the right, is open Tue, Wed & Fri 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Are utilities included? Yes, we have many properties that are all inclusive!

Have an Emergency? We are prepared and have a 24-hour on-call property manager who conveniently lives in town

All our properties INCLUDE snow plow, garbage removal and lawn maintenance.

We provide you with a list of reputable companies in the area for fuel oil and propane

All our properties are updated yearly inside, as well as outside

Where do I find the online application?  Choose the property you are interested in and click on the link and complete the application, let us know what other places we can show you

How do I get a tour of places I'm interested in?  When we receive your application we will email you and arrange a time for you to see the places that fit your needs and budget.

Do I need to leave a deposit?  Yes, we require a security deposit and first month's rent at the time the lease is signed.  The security is twice the rental rate. 

Do you take credit cards?  No, we accept money order, cash or personal check.

Are pets allowed? No pets are allowed.

Can I sign a 6 month lease? No, all leases run from June 1 thru May 25.   

Can we have an extra person in the house/apartment? Yes, depending on the property we allow 2 people (a couple) to share a room for an additional fee.
